		<description>I have been using one of the commercial defragmenters for this task and I dont think I will ever go back to manual or scheduled defrag. Not only does it run unobtrusively in the background while other programs are being used, it also defragments under very low free space. There is no need to monitor the process or worry about incomplete defrags. Its really cool!</description>
